Launch of Founders Membership Drive

Held on the 149th anniversary of the formation of the paid Albany Fire Department (1867), Albany Firefighters Museum's first membership drive began 01 June 2016 with a Meet-and-Greet gathering in the Small banquet room at McGeary's Irish Pub, 4 Clinton Square, Albany, NY. The outpouring of support for the museum by current and retired Albany firefighters was gladly appreciated.  The membership drive remains underway until 31 December 2016.

The Museum is proud to announce that we have made a great start towards our goal, with our first fifty founding members joining within a week of this event.  We would like to thank everyone who attended.
