What are your hours of operation?
We're open Wednesday through Saturday, 11AM to 3PM. Closed Sunday through Tuesday.
How much is admission?
Admission to the museum is free, though donations are greatly appreciated to help preserve our collection.
How do I book a group tour?
Group tours require at least 2 weeks advance notice. Call us at (518) 463-4478 or use the contact form above with your group details.
Is the museum wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the museum is fully ADA accessible with wheelchair-accessible entrances, restrooms, and exhibit spaces.
Can I donate artifacts to the museum?
We welcome donations of Albany firefighting memorabilia and artifacts. Please contact us to discuss potential donations and our acquisition process.
